It was a great time doing hands on learning and exploring. We took the water samples back and took a look at them under magnifying glasses. The Next day, we saw plant life and some tiny sea creatures swimming about. We are exploring the difference between salt and freshwater bouncy, making predictions and adding rocks to our boats/bowl to see how many it can hold till it sinks. Will it sink in the other water too? How many rocks did we need to use? In the freshwater? In the saltwater? We took our exploration outdoors with us on our walk, using our magnifying glasses to look closily at the freshwater puddles we found and the all the amazing nature we were curious about that surrounds us everyday.
