The Centipedes explored their sense of taste today. They started off with smelling some fruit...
can they tell what kind it is?
Some recognized the lightly sweet smell.
but was it an apple or a pear?
Their taste buds helped settle the question - Apple :)
The all said that they liked the taste, but now we were ready for some experiments.
The plugged their noses to see if the food would taste the same.
It just tasted like water some of them said.
Saige was our first brave volunteer to try some mystery items.
We tested they sense of taste with salty, sour lemons, lightly sweet carrots, and bittersweet chocolate.
