Beetles's Halloween Circle Time!

With October well under way, today Victoria had the Beetles do a Halloween themed circle time.  While singing the "Itsy Bitsy Spider," they passed around our fake halloween spider. Above is Wiley laughing at the sight of our fake spider!

After the spider made its rounds, Victoria read a book which we have been calling the "Pumpkin" book.  A rhyming book that counts pumpkins!  Good for both learning how to count and learning about the changing seasons.

Here's Sam with a rat (I promise, it's not real)!  They were singing "Three Blind Mice" and laughing at the fake rat. Today's circle time goes right along with this week's theme of exploring the season of Fall.  :)

Grant jams out while Victoria sings, he really does make a good background musician!
