The preschoolers were eager to look into our butterfly net this morning to see how many chrysalis had opened overnight. One of the butterflies was coming out during circle time so we were able to watch.
Jennifer talked with the kids about this special time when the pupa has finished transformation and the butterfly emerges. The caterpillar has undergone metamorphosis!
