This morning we worked on a little math. We learned what our numbers symbols look like and how we could count the quantity with our colorful circles.
Wiley helped count to the number three. He liked putting the circles on our felt board after counting them
Chloe put five circles on the feltboard. She wanted to continue and put more circles but we talked about how the number we were working with at that moment was the number five.
After putting our numbers away the Beattles wanted to keep counting the circles one through five.
After our class time and our circle time we set off for an adventure to count as many things as we could. The first thing we counted were apple wedges and after counting them, the Beetles were happy to eat them.
