Making Bread with the Beetles

Children gain confidence and creativity while cooking. When children help you make something and you give them the credit, you can see them feeling proud of their accomplishment. This is a big step in confidence because they feel that they were able to create something which everyone can enjoy. The sense of accomplishment they feel when they can say "I did it" is important.

Eva is pouring in the bread mixture, she liked feeling it and tasting it.

Anna Lee wasn't so sure on what to do but tried her hardest to stir and mix in the ingredients.

Kaya loved kneading the bread and playing in the flour as well.
